SYPHILITIC MIASM : The Syphilis is the 3rd and most important and dangerous stage of the Defense mechanism of the Cell also called as the “ Destructive defense response ” using or sacrificing the 3rd basic function of Immunity , and the Morphological “ destructive defense ” is brought about .
When normal cell is under stress , it adapts and when limits of adaptive response to stimulus are exceeded , cell injury occurs ; this is the last and 3rd Miasm explained by Dr.Hahnemann .
The Syphilitic persons look Dull , Stupid , Reckless in appearance ; either with Anguish or Panic look or Totally Emotionless and Feeling less appearance , anything and everything in extreme and abnormal ; no love for life , no fears and if situation demands they will be in a do or die situation . Out of control , Impulsive and destructive tendencies ; there will be no fear of consequences , they will not bother or think . The FACE of the Syphilitic person will be Ugly , Distorted and Repulsive ; Perverted and something which disturbs us on looking ; Sometimes with very sharp and pointed features which also looks odd .
Mentally - a ) Out of control Emotions , b ) Destruction of security , giving rise to Manias , Insanity ; c ) Distortion of volatile mind giving rise to “ perversions ” ; All these lead to ugly behaviour , unpredictable reactions either over , uncontrollable & out of proportional reaction or no reaction at all .
Syphilis is of two types : I ) Apoptosis or Apolysis and 2 ) Necrosis .
APOPTOSIS is of Self-destruction , when anything happens or when any hostile forces attacks some Genetic changes takes place or occurs in the Cell where the genetic code changes and the cell goes on killing or destroying itself ; This is a process by which the different parts of the body undergo programmed destruction of self . Hence produces the Suicidal tendencies with Anxiety of Conscience , they can never kill or hurt others and so produces all Auto-immune disorders like Rheumatoid arthritis , Motor neuron diseases , S.L.E , Cancer etc ., here the destruction is pointed towards Self . Aurum met is the best example of Apoptosis type .
NECROSIS - Here the body ( Cell ) tries to cut off or remove or destroy some part of the body which is diseased and save itself like in Gangrene etc ., And the necrotic type of syphilitic persons will easily kill anybody to save themselves and they will not hurt them at all ; They will kill those offend them and who will be dangerous for them in future . Here we can take the example of drugs like Merc-sol ; Hepar sulph ; Acid-nit ; Acid-flour ; Anac etc .,
The symptoms of the Necrosis disease are usually of - Disfigurement ; Gangrene ; Distortion of parts of the body ; Ulceration ; Lacerations ; Bleeding ; Sensitivity out of all proportions ; Deep bleeding Cracks and Ulcers ; Distorted wounds etc .,
Syphilitic constitutions - Individuals born with predominantly Syphilitic tendency or inheritance . These people are bound to get easy destructions , easy haemorrhages , easy overwhelming infections , Septicaemias , excruciating pains , hysterical hyper-sensitiveness , fractures that are complex , cracks & ulcers that bleed easily .
